TYRE REPLACEMENT

Where to put two new tyres?

If you're replacing only two tyres, be sure to have them installed on your vehicle's rear axle.

Why?

For both RWD & FWD, its safer to use newer tyres for the rear set, in unforeseen or difficult situations (Emergency braking, tight bends, high-speed cornering, etc) particularly on wet surfaces.

It is easier to control the front wheels than those at the rear.

One New Tyre where do you mount it?

WHERE TO PUT ONE NEW TYRE

If you’re replacing only ONE tyre, be sure to have it installed on
your vehicle’s rear axle, paired with the existing tyre of
maximum tread depth among the other three – To prevent
possible over-steer situation.

CAN YOU MIX DIFFERENT SPEED-RATED TYRES?

If you’re replacing different speed-rated tyres, be sure to have the
HIGH SPEED TYRE installed on your vehicle’s rear axle –
Vehicle’s speed capacity is limited to the lowest speed-rated tyre.
